Which ADC chip is used?

I have a question：Is the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) of oscilloscope programmed by FPGA? or provided by other ADC chips? The ScopeFun Sampling rate 250 MSps dual ch. (500 MSps single ch.). Which ADC chip is used? the adc converter MAX19516ETM is 100MSPS.

Yes, ADC is programmed by the FPGA.
MAX19516 is used in the old hardware version (100 MSPS) and KAD5510P-25Q48 is used in the new hardware version (250 Mhz/500 Mhz).
