It's a great design!

What is the PCB stackup that you used for the layout, i.e.:

1. PCB thickness
2. Layer to layer thickness
3. Copper thickness
4. Dielectric material

1.) PCB thickness: 1.6 mm
2.) Layer order: F, In1, In2, B.
     Layer to layer thickness: F to In1 (B to In2) = 0.18 mm, In1 to In2 = 1.1 mm
3.) Copper Weight: 35 um (1 oz)
4.) Dielectric material: FR4

You can use other stack-ups, but adjust line width and spacing of the USB differential pair (D+/D-) to achieve ~90 Ohm differential impedance.

PCB specifications looks OK.
You also need to know layer stack details (layer to layer spacing) in order to adjust D+/D- pair trace width to achieve ~90 Ohm differential impedance.
